Detox is the first step to addiction recovery at Villa Kali Ma. Our Detox Program for women in San Diego provides a safe environment to begin the detoxification process, which focuses on clearing the body of drugs and alcohol and beginning the first stages of withdrawal.

Residential Trauma Treatment

Mental health treatment is provided in the form of individual session work, groups, and family therapy using frameworks and models for healing trauma with co-occurring symptoms, including depression, anxiety, self-harm, and panic disorder.

Holistic Residential Treatment

Our signature approach to healing is to use paths from East and West to guide women to look further within, beyond their biggest pain and fear, to discover the wonderful truth of who they are in their true essence and nature.

INTENSIVE OUTPATIENT

The goal of IOP’s is to maximize the quality, frequency, and effectiveness of addiction and mental health treatment in a way that allows you to remain fully engaged with your daily activities and your family.

IOP Program

Our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) is designed for women to continue their daily activities while receiving effective addiction and mental health treatment. Our program allows you to stay involved with your family and work-related responsibilities while creating your sobriety. With evidence-based therapy and a supportive environment, you can maximize the quality and frequency of your treatment.
